GetItDone is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent skilled workers throughout Sri Lanka.

Service agreements, pricing, scheduling, and project execution remain the responsibility of the customer and the worker unless otherwise specified.

Any payments between customers and workers are their responsibility unless processed through future GetItDone payment services.

Customers may leave honest reviews based on actual service experiences.

Fake, abusive, misleading, or defamatory reviews may be removed.

Users must not:

Verification does not guarantee workmanship, service quality, or future performance.

GetItDone acts as a marketplace connecting customers and workers.

We are not responsible for disputes, damages, financial losses, injuries, service quality, delays, or contractual disagreements between users.

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and transactions.

All logos, branding, graphics, designs, text, and software associated with GetItDone remain the property of GetItDone unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform.

We may revise these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this page.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
