Application
Worker applies with their professional details, trade category, and years of experience.
NIC Verification
We verify their National Identity Card to confirm their real identity and address.
Selfie Match
A live selfie is matched against their NIC photo to prevent identity fraud.
Activation
After passing all checks, the worker is activated with a verified badge on their profile.
Ongoing Quality Monitoring
Verification isn't a one-time event. We continuously monitor worker performance through customer reviews, job completion rates, and response times. Workers who fall below our quality threshold are reviewed and may be removed from the platform.
